Well-meaning environmental laws can help decrease or at least delay damage to the environment. Yet compliance with environmental laws and agricultural laws by small regenerative farms can be challenging, leading to continued concentration in agriculture by corporations and having a negative impact on the environment. We will explore these challenges and discuss potential improvements.
