CHE held its inaugural CHE Art and the Environment Awards, kicking off Earth Fest, hosted by the Nelson Institute and Office of Sustainability, on Friday, April 19, 2024, at the Discovery Building on the UW–Madison campus. The event was open to undergraduate and graduate students.
Applications were reviewed by a three-person jury, with cash awards given out.
For the undergraduate awards, first place went to Avery Ponto, second place to Ava Schueller, and third place to Madelyn Anderson.
The graduate award was given to Meg Wilson.
