CHE BookLab Event: “Biocodicology in the News”

Join the CHE-sponsored working group BookLab for a conversation around the ways books and science are referenced in popular media. We’ll discuss the depictions of biocodicology from articles in the New Yorker and Atlantic — how they cast light on current projects on the microbial makeup of old books, the potential for new discoveries (maybe even Shakespeare’s DNA!), and how such projects can aid in cultural heritage preservation.
